Achieve optimum productivity and efficiency in the use of manpower, machines, methods, materials, and other physical assets, while ensuring quality production in the Assembly Shop.
Implement new processes by evaluating PS and OS and conducting TP and SOP.
Oversee and monitor daily production operations according to standard processes.
Achieve daily production targets based on the production plan.
Ensure quality standards and assemble defect-free motorcycles.
Maintain assembly tools, accessories, and other consumable materials and contribute to stock management.
Identify required tools, accessories, and consumable items and issue requisitions.
Monitor various machine operations under the Assembly Section.
Ensure team members follow defined assembly procedures and comply with quality requirements.
Monitor and develop team members through training and guidance to achieve production targets.
Ensure implementation of 5S practices to maintain workplace cleanliness.
Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly production reports as required by management.
Monitor material supply operations.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
