The candidate must have practical working experience in the BD (Land) dept. of Real Estate Company.
The candidate must have adequate knowledge of the JV land feasibility & Analysis, FAR, land related documents etc.
The candidate should have qualities to finding JV land for development & having good relationship with land owners at Dhaka city.
The candidate must have strong negotiation and deal closing ability.
Presentable personality with effective communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset, proficiency in CRM, and ability to work smartly.
Target oriented and mentality to take challenges.
Capability to motivate team members.
Prepare financial analysis and market survey.
Prepare deed of agreement and POAL and procurement and acquisition under joint venture
Meeting with the Landowners to get all the opinions / demands of Landowner.
Finalize the features, sharing and financial benefits with the Landowner.
Finalize the terms and conditions with the Landowner.
Collect required documents for approval.
Complete the signing of Deed of Agreement & Power of Attorney.
Achieve assigned land procurement targets.
Inform superior about test result and help him to prepare strategy & planning.
