Deputy Manager, Engineering (Pharma Business)

Ensure prompt response and effective resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize operational disruption and process downtime.

Supervise preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance activities for pharmaceutical process machinery.

Monitor process systems and engineering support activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely execution of PM, BM, PDM, work orders, and other maintenance activities.

Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment servicing, technical support, and spare/material requirements.

Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for engineering associates.

Ensure high equipment reliability by minimizing machinery breakdowns, downtime, and recurring failures.

Identify, develop, and implement engineering improvement initiatives, including CAPEX and process/equipment improvement projects.

Preform other engineering and maintenance-related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
