Deputy Manager – Digital Marketing

Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing

• Own the digital marketing roadmap and budget allocation across Medicine Delivery, Home Lab Diagnostics, and Telemedicine.
• Translate business growth objectives into channel-specific acquisition strategies, campaign calendars, and measurable KPIs.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, SMS marketing, and emerging digital platforms.
• Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, CPL, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.

Campaign Management & Growth

• Lead customer acquisition, activation, reactivation, and retention campaigns.
• Manage SMS marketing campaigns for promotional communication, engagement, and reactivation.
• Support ASO, push notifications, in-app campaigns, and web/app conversion optimization.
• Partner with Product teams to improve customer journeys, reduce funnel drop-offs, and enhance conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and reporting tools.
• Conduct campaign performance analysis, attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and ROI evaluation.
• Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to Marketing and Strategy leadership.

Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise, coach, and develop Digital Marketing Executives and future team members.
• Establish campaign execution processes, testing frameworks, reporting standards, and performance KPIs.
• Mentor team members and contribute to strengthening the overall digital marketing capability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Content & Creative, Design, Strategy & Growth, and Business teams.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and product launches through digital marketing strategies.
• Manage agencies/vendors and align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Perform additional marketing responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
