Requirements

Education

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Bachelor’s Degree in CSE, IT, BBA, Maketing, or a related field (MBA Preferred).

Experience

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Additional Requirements

Age 34 to 50 years
Only Male

Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Software, ERP, SaaS, IT Solutions Sales or Business Development.
Experience in corporate sales, training business, or donor-funded project will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Drive enterprise software and training business growth.
Identify new clients and manage the complete sales cycle.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and solution consulting.
Prepare proposal, quotations, tender, and business presentations.
Build relationships with corporate, government, NGO, and development partners.
Coordinate with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Promote corporate training and skill development programs.
Prepare business reports, maintain CRM, and achieve sales targets.
