Source local and international suppliers for raw materials, machinery, spare parts, accessories, packaging materials, and general items.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and conduct cost analysis.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and procurement documentation.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Coordinate with production, planning, warehouse, commercial, and finance teams.
Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted factory operations.
Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain procurement records and reports in ERP systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
