LLB and LLM degrees with a strong academic background (Must).
Must be an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Trademarks, Patents & Copyright Enforcement
Minimum 10 years of broad professional experience in Intellectual Property & Technology, Media and Telecommunication.
Experience in a law firm environment.
Proven experience handling matters before the Department of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (DPDT), Copyright Office, District Court, and High Court.
Hands-on experience in Trademarks, Patents & Copyright Enforcement, and Intellectual Property Litigation.
Practical expertise in Technology Transfer & Software Licensing.
Working knowledge and experience in Data Protection & Cybersecurity.
Experience with Telecommunication Regulations and Media & Broadcasting Laws.
Experience handling E-Commerce Disputes.
