Minimum Bachelor`s degree or Honors in any discipline from a recognized university (HSC candidates with exceptional typing speed may also apply).
0 to 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or hospital administration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Excellent typing speed in both English and Bangla with high accuracy.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and database software.
Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
Enter patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing details into the hospital management system (HMS) accurately and quickly.
Verify patient information against source documents and correct any errors.
Maintain digital and physical archives of medical reports, prescriptions, and lab records.
Handle confidential patient information securely according to hospital data privacy policies.
Assist the front desk or billing department with basic administrative tasks when required.
