Duties of the Data Center Operation Manager:

• Directly report to Head of Technology
• Prepare the next month plan one week before the end of the current month.
• Prepare monthly rotation duty plan
• Prepare actual performance report compared with the planned performance at the end of the week

• Ensure that reported TT progress through the IP NOC management process in a timely and prioritized fashion.
• Ensure that the information registered in the IP NOC database records is accurate and complete.
• Continuously improve the IP NOC management process.
• Ensure that the IP NOC is operated efficiently and effectively.
• Produce/ review IP NOC related reports on timely basis.
• Review monitoring checklists
• Prepare plans for development and installation of data center according to present and future requirements.
• Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center standards and systems.
• Administer installation and maintenance of organization data center.
• Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.
• Perform troubleshoot on data center, identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same.
• Manage and perform research to design new advanced data center.
• Ensure adherence to all established guidelines and management practices for employees.
• Coordinate with various departments and perform integration of critical systems into infrastructure.
• Coordinate with IT, enhancement and business teams and devhttps://writemyessayrapid.com https://urgentessay.netelop strategies to ensure achievement of data center capacity.
• Maintain expert knowledge on all applications and its use on systems for various critical systems.
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer services for various departments.
• Maintain effective professional relationships with IT relationship managers.
• Maintain expert knowledge on all business procedures associate with assets and capacity.
• Monitor all functional resources required for growth and ensure appropriate working.

Requirements Of the role:

Formal Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in CSE/EEE/ETE or any related subject.

Related Professional training, Certification or Membership

Will be an added advantage

Years and Field of experience required

5-10 years
