Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka (Onsite)

Shift:Day/Night Shift

Salary: BDT 25,000–30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a motivated *Customer Support Executive* to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and an interest in providing excellent customer service for eCommerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and other support channels
Manage order-related questions, cancellations, returns, refunds, and delivery issues
Communicate professionally with customers and resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate with the operations team when necessary
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Follow company SOPs and maintain high customer satisfaction

Answer customer calls, chats and emails promptly
Resolve queries and complaints or escalate them
Record interactions accurately in the CRM
Explain products, services and orders clearly
Meet service-level and quality targets
