Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Ability to communicate in English is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Centre, or a similar position will be preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Google Sheets, and other online communication platforms.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be patient, polite, responsible, and customer-focused.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
• Must be comfortable working in a performance and KPI-based environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts is required.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn and improve.
