Position : Customer Service Team Lead

Working Days: Saturday-Thursday
Salary: 17,000-20,000 BDT (including commission)
Location : Mirpur DOHS
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise CS team & daily operations
-Take customer orders and ensure sales growth
-Ensure smooth and timely order dispatch & delivery
-Resolve customer & courier issues
-Boost sales, customer satisfaction & reduce returns
-Conduct telesales
-Report on sales & team performance
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
-Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
-Customer-focused mindset
