Role Description The Customer Service Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Khoksa Upazila. This position involves greeting and assisting customers, answering questions about products and services, and guiding customers through the sales process. The associate will handle inquiries in person and by phone, process orders and payments, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions. Daily tasks also include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
