Intellier Ltd. is looking for motivated, customer-focused, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Inbound Call Center Executives (Customer Service Executives). Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, accurate, and timely assistance.

• Resolve customer queries related to voice, internet/data packages, recharge, billing, SIM, network, and other value-added services.

• Perform customer verification while maintaining data privacy and security.

• Handle customer complaints and service requests, ensuring proper escalation when required.

• Maintain required Average Handling Time (AHT), Service Level, Quality, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First Call Resolution (FCR) targets.

• Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM/system records.

• Follow approved call scripts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance requirements, and quality guidelines.

• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professional communication throughout every customer interaction.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum HSC or Diploma required.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or telecom environment will be an advantage.

• Fresh candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome.

• Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with CRM/contact center applications.
