Willingness to travel and work outside Dhaka when required
Communicate with Customers (like doctors, Veterinary Doctors, Palli Doctors (PC), Dealers, and farm owners regularly to maintain strong professional relationships
Collect feedback from Customers regarding company services and performance
Actively listen to different kinds of customers’ concerns and issues, maintaining proper notes and Excel reports for systematic follow-up and resolution
Take initiative in planning, organizing, and executing departmental seminars and meetups, as well as representing the department at these events
