Receive, verify, and confirm book orders over the phone with accurate customer and delivery information.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Provide clear information about book titles, prices, editions, availability, offers, and delivery.
Maintain customer and order records in CRM/Excel and coordinate with the relevant team for order processing and delivery.
Achieve assigned sales and calling targets while maintaining professional communication and good customer relationships.
