• We are looking for individuals residing in and near the Uttara area.
• Quick response to customer inquiries and requests.
• Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone.
• Respond to customer inquiries on our Facebook and social media platforms regularly.
• Keep records of all conversations in the database comprehensively.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Timely reporting of daily incoming and outgoing calls. Must follow communication "scripts" while dealing with customers. Will have to manage social media content for social media.
