Customer Service Executive

Bibaha Bondhon is looking for two Customer Service Executives to support its client service team. The successful candidates will handle client inquiries, explain services, manage client profiles, and maintain regular follow-ups with professionalism and discretion.

• Respond to client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and in-person visits.
• Provide accurate information about services, packages, fees, and registration procedures.
• Collect, maintain, and update client biodata, preferences, and relevant information accurately.
• Assist the team in coordinating suitable profiles based on client preferences.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling personal and sensitive client information.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings.
• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Working Hours and Weekly Holiday

• Office hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• One weekly holiday.
