• Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes in the call center database, ensuring clarity and completeness of records.
• Maintain accurate and detailed call records in the call center database for easy reference and reporting.
• Participate regularly in training sessions and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
• Consistently achieve personal and team-based performance goals, maintaining both qualitative and quantitative standards.
