Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) - Female

Globe-Care Travels is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Officer to handle client inquiries, promote travel packages, and support bookings. The candidate must communicate professionally, understand clients’ travel requirements, and provide attentive service from the initial inquiry through trip completion.

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a travel agency is mandatory. Please do not apply if you have not previously worked at a travel agency or do not meet this minimum experience requirement.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and in-person consultations.

• Understand clients’ travel preferences and budgets, and recommend suitable packages.

• Prepare and share accurate itineraries, quotations, and package details.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Explain package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, and cancellation policies clearly.

• Coordinate with the reservation and operations teams regarding flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.

• Guide clients on visa documentation requirements and coordinate with the visa processing team.

• Maintain accurate records of client communications, bookings, payments, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate payment collection and ensure timely delivery of invoices, tickets, and travel documents.

• Address client concerns professionally and coordinate timely solutions.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

• Work toward assigned sales targets and provide regular updates on inquiries and bookings.
