Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist customers with product information across FMCG, Fresh Produce, Grocery, Dairy, Cosmetics, Personal Care and other Non-Food categories.
Coordinate with the Marketing Department to support customer engagement, promotional activities and customer-focused initiatives.
Monitor customer service standards and ensure proper implementation of company guidelines.
Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer experience.
Support management in maintaining a premium, customer-focused and hospitality-oriented store environment.
Maintain professional communication, grooming and behavior while dealing with customers.
Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned by management.
