As our flagship Ed-Tech SaaS product, Biddaan, continues to empower educational institutions across the country, we are excited to expand our client success team. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Trainee- Key Account Management (Customer Support) to join us and grow with Biddaan.

This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or 1 year experience in same field, who passionate about starting a career in client relationship management within the tech industry.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞 – 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (Customer Experience)

Location: Aftabnagar, Dhaka (Near East-West University)

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7 PM (Includes 30-minute lunch break)

Employment Type: Full-time

Duration: 3 Months (after successful completion, you will be permanent)

Salary: BDT 8,000 per month (During Training Period, once permanent it will be up to BDT 12000-20000)

Compensation & Growth

• This is a direct pathway to a permanent role. Upon successful completion of the traineeship, you will be offered the position of Junior Key Account Manager with an attractive and competitive salary package.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Learn the Biddaan platform inside and out to become a product expert.
• Make sure to retain & up sale to our existing clients.
• Help training & take the further all responsibilities for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to the Biddaan platform.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned trainee accounts, addressing their queries and concerns promptly via call, email, and WhatsApp.
• Gather client feedback to help our product and development teams improve Biddaan.
• Maintain and update client records and communications in our CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or introducing new features to existing clients to help them succeed.
• Make sure that clients are 100% satisfied with our service.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• A bachelor's degree in CSE/BBA, Marketing, English, or any related field is preferred. Graduates from other faculties with a passion for communication and technology are also encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla.
• A strong passion for technology, software, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to understand client needs and solve problems effectively.
• A quick learner with a proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is a plus, but not mandatory.
