CRM Configuration & Architecture
- Design and build CRM objects, fields, pipelines, workflows and lifecycle stages against documented client requirements.
- Build automation — workflows, sequences, approval processes, scoring — that removes manual effort rather than adding surface area.
- Configure roles, permissions, profiles and sharing rules so access matches the client's real org structure.
- Build dashboards, reports and views that answer the questions client leadership is actually asking.
- Set field standards and validation rules that keep the instance clean six months after handover.
Integration & Data Management
- Scope and implement integrations with marketing automation, email, calendar, billing and support platforms.
- Manage API-based integrations; diagnose and resolve sync failures, duplicate creation and field-mapping drift.
- Run data migrations end to end — map, transform, validate, load, reconcile.
- Perform cleansing and deduplication to establish a defensible data-quality baseline before go-live.
- Establish governance standards — naming conventions, field definitions, audit trails — and hold the line on them.
Testing, Documentation & UAT
- Execute QA against requirements; log defects with reproduction steps, triage severity, drive fixes to closure.
- Plan and facilitate UAT — write scenarios, run clients through them, resolve sign-off blockers.
- Maintain configuration guides, user guides, FAQs and troubleshooting notes to a standard a colleague could pick up cold.
- Produce enablement assets — SOPs, quick-start guides, short walkthrough recordings — for client and internal training.
- Write release notes and deployment instructions for every meaningful change.
Client Support & Optimisation
- Own post-launch support on your accounts — triage, fix, verify, communicate.
- Join client calls to gather requirements, demo functionality and answer technical questions without needing a PM to translate.
- Monitor adoption and usage; proactively recommend optimisations.
- Maintain issue tracking and escalation records so account history never lives in one person's head.
Craft & Team Standards
- Follow and improve Get Levrg delivery standards and QA checklists.
- Contribute learnings to the internal knowledge base and runbooks.
- Take part in retrospectives and continuous-improvement work.
- Track HubSpot and Salesforce release cycles and bring relevant changes to the team.
