Creative & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and performance-driven Creative & Social Media Manager who can manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, design promotional materials, and independently run effective lead-generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
Independently set up and run Lead Generation, Messages, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversion campaigns.
Identify campaign objectives and develop suitable advertising strategies.
Research and define target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviours, and business requirements.
Create Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting Audiences.
Prepare campaign budgets, schedules, placements, and advertising structures.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve lead quality and reduce Cost per Lead.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, captions, audiences, placements, and campaign offers.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to monitor lead quality, follow-up status, and conversion outcomes.
Analyze campaign results, including Reach, CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly and monthly advertising and social media performance reports.
Develop weekly and monthly content plans and social media calendars.
Generate creative content and campaign ideas suitable for the Bangladeshi market.
Design photo cards, social media posts, stories, banners, ad creatives, and other promotional materials using Canva.
Write engaging captions, headlines, calls to action, and short advertising copy in Bangla and English.
Publish and schedule content regularly across all assigned platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience engagement.
Maintain accurate lead records and campaign-related data.
Monitor competitors, current market trends, and audience behaviour.
Perform other relevant creative, digital marketing, and promotional responsibilities assigned by management.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, Design, and Management teams to achieve campaign and business objectives.
