Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/ Bachelor`s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing and/or motion graphics.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Experience with social media content, short-form videos and motion graphics.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing and motion graphics work is required.
Preferred Skills
Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, adhesive, construction chemicals or related industries will be an advantage.
Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of branding and marketing communication.
Photography/videography skills will be an added advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a marketing team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Creative Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team. The role will be responsible for developing engaging visual content across graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication materials.
The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content.
Office Location: 7th Floor, Sharif Mansion, 56–57 Motijheel C/A, Dhaka–1000
Working Days: 6 days per week
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for brand, marketing, trade and promotional activities.
Design social media posts, campaign creatives, banners, POSM, brochures, presentations, product visuals and other marketing materials.
Edit and produce short-form videos, promotional videos, reels and product content.
Create motion graphics, animated content and basic visual effects for digital and marketing campaigns.
Adapt creative assets across different formats, platforms and communication requirements.
Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver creative requirements on time.
Maintain consistency with the company`s brand identity, visual guidelines and communication standards.
Support product launches, events, trade activities and other marketing initiatives with required creative materials.
Develop new visual ideas and creative approaches based on market trends, audience preferences and campaign objectives.
Organize and maintain creative files, source materials and design assets systematically.
