Join the Creative Team at Gtation

Gtation is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Content & Media Executive who can develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies and deliver measurable results for our clients and the company.

Location: Uttara, Dhaka

Workplace: On-site

Vacancy: 02

Experience: Minimum 1year working experience.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: BDT 15,000 – 20,000

Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and mutual discussion.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field).

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Develop and execute engaging content ideas for social media, digital campaigns, events, and brand promotions.

• Research relevant topics, audience interests, industry trends, and competitors to develop creative content concepts.

• Assist in developing creative concepts, storytelling ideas, and visual content strategies for different brands.

• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots based on campaign and content requirements.

• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other social media content.

• Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, event, and brand photography.

• Handle basic camera, lighting, framing, composition, and other equipment required for photo and video production.

• Contribute creative ideas based on audience engagement, content performance, and emerging social media trends.

• Collaborate closely with designers, digital marketers, and other team members to ensure consistent and effective content execution.

• Maintain quality, consistency, and brand identity across all content.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver assigned content within deadlines.

• Communicate effectively in both English and Bangla, including content writing and coordination.

• Stay updated with social media trends, digital content formats, and emerging creative practices.

• Take feedback positively and continuously improve content quality and creative execution.

• Perform other content, media, and creative-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience specifically in content creation, photography, and videography is required to ensure applicants meet the role's demands.

• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

• Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital marketing.

• Basic knowledge of photography and videography techniques.

• Ability to independently research, develop ideas, and execute content.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
