• Handle student inquiries regarding Japan Job Visa, Student Visa, and Japanese Language Courses.
• Respond to client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, and other communication channels.
• Make regular follow-up calls and messages to prospective students and clients.
• Counsel students and guardians about Japan study and career opportunities.
• Explain different Japan visa categories, eligibility requirements, application procedures, and necessary documents.
• Provide accurate information about Japanese Language Courses, course duration, fees, class schedules, and admission procedures.
• Communicate with interested students and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
• Collect and verify students’ academic, personal, financial, and visa-related documents.
• Maintain proper records of student inquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the admission and visa processing team to ensure smooth application processing.
• Guide students throughout the admission and visa application process.
• Follow up with students regarding pending documents, payments, interviews, and application updates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients.
• Meet monthly admission and counselling targets assigned by management.
• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, campaigns, and student counselling sessions when required.
• Ensure professional, polite, and timely communication with all students and clients.
