Corporate Security Supervisor (m/f/d)

As our Corporate Security Supervisor (m/f/d), you'll lead a dedicated physical security team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders across the business. • You manage and supervise the security team, coordinate daily operations, prepare work schedules, and assign duties according to operational requirements
• You take an active part in operational shifts, on-the-ground security activities, events, and special assignments whenever required
• You plan and coordinate security arrangements for company events and ensure that the required personnel, equipment, and logistics are in place
• You monitor and coordinate physical security activities, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, patrols, incident response, and security reporting
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Facility Management, Events, HR, Procurement, and other departments on security and operational requirements at the headquarters
• You are responsible for security-related logistics and back-office activities, including equipment, documentation, supplies, operational coordination, and administrative tasks
