Job Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager – Packaging Adhesives will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth of flexible packaging lamination adhesives, including solvent-based and solventless adhesive systems. The position requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, key-account management, business development, and application support.
The role will focus on providing high-performance adhesive solutions for bonding multiple layers of plastic films, aluminium foil, paper, and other flexible packaging substrates, while solving complex lamination and bonding challenges for packaging converters and manufacturers.
Office Location: 7th Floor, Sharif Mansion, 56–57 Motijheel C/A, Dhaka–1000
Working Days: 6 days per week
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage key corporate accounts among flexible packaging converters, laminators, pouch manufacturers, film producers, and other packaging companies.
Identify new customers, business opportunities, applications, and market segments.
Expand market share for solvent-based and solventless lamination adhesives.
Develop long-term relationships with owners, technical managers, plant managers, procurement heads, production managers, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, application trials, and machine trials directly on customers` lamination machinery.
Provide technical support for adhesive selection, mixing, coating, curing, lamination, and troubleshooting.
Work with substrates including PE, BOPP, PET, CPP, aluminium foil, paper, and other flexible packaging films.
Understand and support applications involving flexible packaging, pouch making, film lamination, extrusion-related structures, and multilayer packaging.
Coordinate with R&D/Technical teams for product development and modification against competitor products and specific customer requirements.
