Job Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager – Construction Chemicals will be responsible for developing and managing B2B corporate sales by building strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, RMC companies, engineers, government projects, and other institutional customers. The role will combine sales development, technical support, product demonstration, project specification, and market development.
Office Location: 7th Floor, Sharif Mansion, 56–57 Motijheel C/A, Dhaka–1000
Working Days: 6 days per week
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage key corporate accounts, including real estate developers, consultants, contractors, RMC companies, engineers, government projects, and institutional customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, projects, customers, and market segments.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, technical consultants, project managers, procurement teams, and engineers.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, application trials, and product training for customers, consultants, contractors, engineers, and applicators.
Provide technical solutions to customers and resolve application, performance, and product-related issues.
Monitor competitors` products, pricing, technical performance, specifications, and market activities.
Identify opportunities for new product development and product improvement against competing products.
Coordinate with the R&D/Technical team to develop products that meet customer requirements and compete effectively with existing market products.
Coordinate with recognized technical laboratories and testing organizations to arrange required product testing, technical certificates, performance reports, and certifications.
