Ensure sample handling and report generation are carried out accurately as per SOPs, methods, and client requirements.

Maintain clients’ agreed TAT (Turnaround Time) for all test results.

Prepare for all types of audits, both internal and external.

Receive and record complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with the QA team and update records in alignment with the Quality Policy.

Organize and monitor training, quality checks, and staff productivity.

Check and sign off on test reports to ensure accuracy.
