Assist conducting national event, TV talk shows, workshop, conference, orientation and campaign as per activity plan.
Learning capture, Case collection and documentation from field level for prepare learning sharing and mentoring session with volunteers and stakeholders.
Assisting with the monthly/quarterly/annually or event-specific report writing process related to advocacy, media, and communication parts/activities.
Coordinate with programs to collect information, reports, photographs, videos, human interest stories, etc.
Develop policy briefs, newsletters, infographics, etc with the help of team lead.
Write creative contents/ blogs/ articles on Thalassemia Awareness.
Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and partners related to media and communication.
Write and distribute print and electronic media press releases, including social and digital platforms.
Assisting with the planning and execution of the online campaign in social media with the team.
Support the branding, campaign, and communications initiatives of BTF with the team.
To build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant journalists, broadcasters, and commentators in national and local media.
Develop a media outreach plan, actively create media visibility opportunities, and monitor and evaluate media coverage.
To offer expert advice on reputational and other media risks arising from programmatic, policy, and campaign issues.
Designing and planning blood donation campaigns for fruitful engagement.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor/department head.
