💡 Key Responsibilities:
• Write and develop engaging content in both Bangla and English for articles, reports, social media, websites, newsletters, campaigns, events, and other communication materials • Develop creative scripts and concepts for videos, digital content, campaigns, and audio-visual productions • Create engaging social media content, including captions, posts, campaign messages, posters, banners, and infographics • Conduct research and develop content based on client requirements, key messages, target audiences, and communication objectives • Develop compelling storytelling approaches and narratives for campaigns, digital content, communication materials, and client projects • Collaborate with creative and client teams to develop concepts and communication materials • Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and quality • Translate and adapt content between Bangla and English while maintaining the intended meaning and tone • Maintain a consistent brand voice and adapt writing styles for different audiences and platforms • Stay updated on current affairs, popular culture, social media trends, and emerging content formats • Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines while maintaining content quality • Contribute to client presentations, creative brainstorming, and business development activities when required
