Content & Video Executive

1. Content Writing & Copywriting

• Write and edit engaging copy for the website, blogs, email newsletters, brochures, and social media.
• Develop scripts for video content tailored to prospective students and their families.
• Write persuasive, on-brand copy for campaigns, landing pages, and paid promotions.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
• Proofread and edit content produced by team members or external contributors.

2. Video Presenting

• Present on camera for promotional videos, student testimonials, and university or course explainer videos.
• Represent the brand professionally and confidently across video and live content formats, including webinars and social media live sessions.
• Coordinate and take part in video shoots on location (campuses, events, city locations) and in-studio or office settings.
• Deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive messages on studying abroad, student life, and visa processes.

3. Video Production & Editing

• Shoot and edit video content using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar, to produce polished, publish-ready videos.
• Manage the end-to-end video production process: planning, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Optimise video content for different platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and the company website.
• Maintain an organised library of video and content assets.

4. Digital Publishing & Social Media

• Manage day-to-day social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement across platforms.
• Monitor social media and digital trends, and recommend new content formats to increase engagement and reach.
• Assist with website content updates and general digital asset management.
• Track content performance (reach, engagement, views) and use insights to refine future content.

5. Marketing Campaign Support

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, aligning content and video output with recruitment cycles and intake deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Student Recruitment and Partnerships teams to align content with business priorities.
• Contribute to SEO and email marketing activity where content input is required.
• Research international student trends, competitor content, and market opportunities to inform new ideas.

6. Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on content and video performance for the Marketing Manager.
• Gather feedback from students and partners to inform future content and campaigns.

10. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Volume and quality of written and video content published against the content calendar.
• Social media growth and engagement rates.
• Timeliness of content delivery and video turnaround.
• Contribution of content and video output to campaign performance, including leads and applications generated.
