**Salary:** BDT 50,000–70,000/month
### Main Responsibilities
* Develop **unique omnichannel content strategies** across social media, digital platforms, websites, campaigns, and other relevant touchpoints.
* Conduct **opportunity mapping** to identify untapped content, communication, audience, and business opportunities.
* Design **consumer experiences** that connect content, brand communication, and customer journeys.
* Translate business objectives and consumer insights into clear content strategies and creative directions.
* Develop content pillars, narratives, campaigns, formats, and channel-specific approaches.
* Analyze consumer behavior, trends, competitors, and cultural conversations to identify strategic opportunities.
* Create consumer journey and touchpoint maps to improve engagement and conversion.
* Work closely with Creative, Client Servicing, Performance Marketing, and Business Strategy teams to turn strategy into execution.
### What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of **consumer psychology, digital behavior, and brand communication**.
* Experience developing strategies across multiple channels..
