We are looking for a confident, presentable, creative, and communication-oriented female professional who can represent our brand in front of the camera, create engaging product videos, communicate with customers, and contribute innovative ideas to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

On-Camera Product Presentation & Content Creation

• Present company products confidently in promotional videos, product demonstrations, and social media Reels.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly and engagingly.
• Create video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, scripts, and promotional content.
• Maintain a professional on-camera appearance, confident body language, and engaging presentation style.
• Participate in product photography and brand-related promotional activities.

Customer Communication & Order Management

• Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and other company channels.
• Respond to product inquiries regarding pricing, availability, features, and order information.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products according to their needs.
• Follow up with interested customers and confirm orders.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery updates.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and proper records of customer inquiries.

Business Development & Growth Planning

• Generate creative and practical ideas to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Work with the marketing and management teams to develop promotional strategies and business growth initiatives.
• Identify new product opportunities, content trends, and customer engagement strategies.
• Suggest improvements to product presentation, marketing activities, and customer communication.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.

Competitor Analysis & Market Research

• Monitor competitor websites, social media pages, product offerings, and promotional activities.
• Compare competitor product prices with Import Mart Limited's selling prices.
• Prepare regular price comparison reports and share market insights with management.
• Research customer preferences, trending products, and emerging market opportunities.
• Identify competitor marketing strategies and suggest improvements to strengthen the company's market position.
