AI Content Creation

• Generate original video concepts and creative assets using leading AI video, image, voice and editing tools.
• Use generative AI to create scenes, backgrounds, product environments, animations, voiceovers and visual effects.
• Transform product information, images and campaign ideas into engaging short-form video content.
• Combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing techniques to produce polished, brand-appropriate content.
• Experiment with new workflows and emerging AI capabilities to improve creative quality, production speed and output.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality, tone and brand presentation across all content.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit short-form videos for Facebook advertisements and organic social media channels.
• Produce strong opening hooks, clear product messaging and effective calls to action.
• Add captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, motion graphics and visual effects where appropriate.
• Reformat and adapt content for different placements, dimensions and audience segments.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing, including alternative hooks, visuals, scripts and calls to action.
• Ensure all final content is technically accurate, polished and ready for publication.

Content Research & Creative Strategy

• Monitor current AI-content developments, social media formats, advertising trends and creative techniques.
• Research successful content within relevant retail, ecommerce, personal wellness and lifestyle categories.
• Identify high-performing creative approaches that can be ethically adapted to the client’ products and audiences.
• Build and maintain a library of creative references, hooks, concepts and emerging content formats.
• Contribute fresh campaign and content ideas designed to increase engagement and generate sales.
• Recommend practical opportunities to use AI to improve creative output and production efficiency.

Advertising & Social Media Content

• Prioritise creative production for Facebook advertising and social media rather than general website design.
• Develop content that captures attention quickly and communicates a clear product benefit or campaign message.
• Work with the business to understand priority products, promotions, customer segments and sales objectives.
• Review available performance feedback and use it to improve future creative assets.
• Refresh and iterate advertisements to reduce creative fatigue.
• Ensure content is suitable for the intended audience, platform and placement.

Brand, Platform & Content Compliance

• Produce professional content appropriate for an adult lifestyle and personal wellness brand.
• Develop creative ways to promote products without relying on unnecessarily explicit imagery or language.
• Apply sound judgement when presenting sensitive or mature products.
• Understand and follow Meta and other social media platforms’ advertising and community requirements.
• Adapt concepts and visuals to reduce the risk of advertisement rejection or account restrictions.
• Check product claims, pricing and promotional information carefully before content is published.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling campaign plans, customer information and unreleased products.

The successful candidate should be confident using a combination of AI and traditional creative tools, which may include:

• AI video-generation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora or comparable tools
• AI image-generation and enhancement platforms
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
• AI voiceover, audio-generation and captioning tools
• Meta advertising and social media content platforms
• Cloud-based file-management and collaboration systems

Candidates are not expected to have used every listed platform. However, they must demonstrate strong capability across relevant tools and the ability to learn emerging platforms quickly.
