Construction Account Manager

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting related experience related to healthcare construction and construction management

• Knowledge of key concepts including plans, deliverables, scope and tasks

• Confident communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.

• A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.

• Sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.

• Working knowledge and experience in the preparation and process of construction bid documents.

• The ability to communicate effectively with team members and across the organization.

• Experience identifying client or staffing issues and the ability to create effective solutions as well as the knowledge of when to escalate.

• A valid US driver’s license - This is a remote role, however the candidate should have ability to travel 50-70% of the time within assigned geographic area (Kentucky and Ohio).
