Company Advisor / Honorary Chairman

Florentia Real Estates Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced, respected, and distinguished professional to serve as Company Advisor / Honorary Chairman and provide strategic guidance, leadership support, and professional counsel to the Board of Directors and management.

This is a senior advisory position intended for an accomplished individual with substantial leadership experience, strong professional integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to guide a growing organisation toward sustainable development and long-term success.

Engagement: Honorary / Advisory Position

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance and professional advice to the Board of Directors and senior management.
Advise the Company on long-term business strategy, organisational development, and sustainable growth.
Provide independent and constructive opinions on major business and strategic decisions.
Guide the management in identifying business opportunities, potential risks, and appropriate solutions.
Support the Company in developing strong corporate governance, professional standards, and organisational discipline.
Advise on business development, market positioning, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder relationships.
Assist the Board in evaluating major projects, investments, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
Provide guidance on improving operational efficiency and management practices.
Support the development of a strong corporate culture and professional working environment.
Represent or support the Company in important meetings and discussions with strategic stakeholders when required.
Utilise professional experience and networks to help the Company develop meaningful business relationships and opportunities.
Attend Board or strategic meetings when requested and provide professional recommendations.
Mentor and guide the Company's leadership team based on professional experience and expertise.
Perform other advisory responsibilities as may be requested by the Board of Directors.
