Role Description:

The Business Development Executive will support day-to-day communication activities, including drafting and editing written materials, assisting with internal and external messaging, and helping prepare content for digital platforms. The role involves contributing to press releases, social media posts, and promotional content, as well as coordinating with team members to ensure consistent and clear communication. The trainee will also assist in organizing information for client-facing documents, conducting basic research to inform communication strategies, and maintaining accurate records of communication initiatives. This is a contract, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If you are a persuasive communicator who understands customer psychology, thrives on consultative selling, and wants hands-on experience in client onboarding for global academic and higher study solutions, this role is for you. 💼 Job Details

Position: Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales & Client Relations)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 07:30 PM

Work Nature: Fully On-Site (Banasree, Dhaka)

Work Days: 6 Days/Week (Friday Off)

📋 Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Conversion: Promptly attend to prospective client queries across our official Meta (Messenger) and WhatsApp channels to convert inquiries into confirmed service enrollments.

Consultative Guidance: Understand applicants' higher study goals, articulate the value proposition of our specialized academic services (PhD/Master's application processing, SOP, LOR, Academic CVs), and pitch tailored packages.

Direct Outreach & Closing: Conduct proactive phone calls and follow-ups with high-intent leads to accelerate deal closures.

Pipeline Management: Maintain daily client acquisition records, lead stages, and sales metrics accurately using Google Sheets.

🎯 Requirements

Primary Target: Fresh graduates, recent pass-outs, or entry-level job seekers. Prior experience is not mandatory if you bring high energy, fast learning capability, and natural persuasion skills. (Candidates with experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support are also encouraged to apply).

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around Banasree, Rampura, Aftabnagar, Badda, Malibagh, or Khilgaon will be prioritized for daily commute convenience.

Sales Mindset: Target-driven mentality, confidence in objection handling, and resilience under sales goals.

Tech & Communication Skills: Fast typing speed, basic proficiency in Google Sheets, and articulate spoken/written communication in both English and Bangla.
