Role Description The Collections Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mymensingh, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for managing debt collection activities, including contacting clients regarding overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely cash collection in line with company policies. The role involves maintaining accurate records of collection efforts, updating account statuses, and preparing regular reports for the finance and risk teams. The Collections Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, resolve payment-related issues, and coordinate with internal departments to support effective account management. The role requires consistent adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards while maintaining professional, respectful communication with all clients.
