Cluster General Manager (CGM)

Developing and implementing business strategies for hotels which are aligned with Radisson Hotel Group and the hotel owner’s overall mission, vision, values and strategies.

Monitoring states policies regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriate.

Ensuring alignment of the hotel’s operations with owner and corporate objectives by serving as liaison for owner relations in conjunction with corporate.

Overseeing operation management of both hotels (Dhaka & Chattogram) including sales & marketing, reservations, front office, Housekeeping, food & beverage, banquette operation and property maintenance with physical presence and care.

Preparing annual business plan (budget) including revenue and profitability target of the hotels and take appropriate marketing strategies/drives to achieve business plan.

Maximizing revenue by developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the management services team.

Achieving annual business plan and fulfilment of KPIs as set by the Company from time to time based on the requirement of the hotels /properties.

Overseeing daily service & operations, events, revenues, fix/re-fix room rates, foods & operational costs etc. aiming to maximize profitability.

Collecting information and analyzing competitors position, strength & strategy in the market for taking suitable initiatives to bring these hotels at top raked position.

Visiting both hotels & properties (Dhaka & Chattogram) regularly in coordination with the CEOs and fostering a positive workplace culture and business platform to fulfill customer’s demand and target market.

Promoting hotel’s brand and ensure brand standards are met or exceeded, inspect property facilities, and step in to resolve elevated customer complaints.

Guiding, supervising and working together with sales teams to build marketing campaigns, promote the property to target demographics and maintain community/industry partnerships.

Ensuring the hotels strictly adhere to local health codes, ire codes, licensing laws, labor regulations including various standards of hotel brands and requirements for awards & accolades.

Recruiting, training, developing and mentoring department heads and staff to enhance efficiency in operation, management &  cost management.

Ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by creating a learning environment where employees are provided with the training and resources they need and deliver service and teamwork

Developing and recruiting the human recourse necessary to achieve hotel and management service’ goals.

Guiding, Supervising and Mentoring the function of Vocational Training Institution of Hotel Management & Services under Sena Hotel Developments Limited.
