Job Context
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and professionally presentable Female Clinical Trainer to provide clinical training, product demonstrations, and technical guidance on medical and aesthetic devices.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting hands-on training, supporting product demonstrations, assisting customers during clinical demonstrations, and ensuring the safe and effective utilization of medical and aesthetic equipment.

- Smart, confident, energetic, and professionally presentable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about medical aesthetics, aesthetic devices, skincare technologies, and clinical procedures.
- Comfortable interacting with doctors, aestheticians, and healthcare professionals.
- Willing to travel outside Dhaka when required.
- Strong willingness to learn new medical and aesthetic technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical and product training for doctors, aestheticians, dermatologists, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training on medical and aesthetic equipment.
- Explain product features, clinical applications, treatment protocols, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, seminars, and product demonstrations at hospitals, clinics, and aesthetic centers.
- Support the sales team during customer visits, product demonstrations, and clinical presentations.
- Provide post-sales clinical support and assist customers with product-related operational issues.
- Maintain professional relationships with doctors, aestheticians, and key customers.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate clinical requirements and market insights to management.
- Stay updated on new medical and aesthetic technologies and treatment techniques.
- Assist in product launches, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and company events.
- Coordinate with international principals/suppliers for product training and clinical updates when required.
