Biomedical Engineer/BSc Nursing with a diploma in Cardiology/Medical Physician or relevant clinical discipline.
Good understanding of clinical and hospital environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with surgeons, doctors, nurses, and hospital management.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to work in hospitals and support procedures inside the OT when required.
Willingness to attend training and continuously develop product and clinical knowledge.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and clinical support.
1-2 years of experience in cardiology, clinical support, medical devices, surgical products, OT support, or hospital-based activities will be an advantage.
Freshers with the required educational background and strong communication skills may also apply
Regularly monitor the market and identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations on our products to surgeons, doctors, hospital management, and other relevant stakeholders.
Attend product and clinical training programs, both online and offline, as required.
Provide product application support in hospitals and, when required, inside the Operating Theatre (OT).
Support surgeons and consulting doctors in understanding and effectively utilizing the products in real-life clinical applications.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with surgeons, doctors, hospital authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure effective product support and customer satisfaction.
Collect market feedback and communicate customer requirements, clinical needs, and competitor activities to the management.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Team Leader or Management from time to time.
