Client Support Officer/ Vendor Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Client Success & Account Growth

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact

  • Onboard new clients and provide regular updates

  • Resolve client issues and support account growth

  • Help increase work order volume and profitability

• Vendor Management

  • Source and onboard new vendors

  • Manage daily vendor communications and operations

  • Resolve vendor issues and coordinate payments

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships

• Territory & Operations

  • Oversee assigned territory operations

  • Coordinate with processing teams to ensure timely work order completion

  • Monitor performance and support operational efficiency

  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
