Price negotiation: Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to minimize project costs.
Order management: Issue official purchase orders (POs) and track shipments until they arrive safely at the construction site.
Vendor Management: Check supplier performance, quality consistency, and delivery speed.
Planning & Design: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create blueprints, structural models, and site layouts.
Site Investigations: Conduct feasibility studies, soil tests, site assessments to verify ground and material strength.
Project Management: Manage project budgets, schedule equipment deliveries, and allocate resources.
Quality & Safety Control: Monitor building processes on-site to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise closely with architects, contractors, clients, and municipal authorities.
