• Role Description the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role located in Gulshan2, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• The COO will manage operational processes, supervise key departments, and coordinate cross-functional activities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• This role includes leading business planning cycles, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing policies and procedures that support sustainable growth.
• The COO will collaborate closely with Board Members on financial planning, resource allocation, and risk management, while mentoring managers and staff to uphold high professional standards.
• The role requires regular reporting to Board members and active participation in strategic decision-making.
