Chief Financial Officer

JK Lifestyle Limited together with its sister concern, is a growing lifestyle and healthcare-focused organization committed to building sustainable, well-governed business operations. To support this growth, the company is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its overall financial management function.

Job Description

• Lead strategic budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management and forecasting to ensure sound fiscal discipline across the organization and its sister concern.

• Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support management decision-making.

• Oversee tax, VAT and audit management, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

• Ensure effective use of ERP and financial software (Eg: Odoo/Tally/QuickBooks) to drive accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

• Develop, implement and maintain robust financial policies to guide organizational financial management.

• Prepare SOPs to ensure smooth departmental and cross-departmental financial operations.

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the finance team, building capability and accountability.

• Ensure transparency, compliance and effective financial governance as a key member of the senior management team.

• Work closely with management to align financial strategy with the organization`s broader mission and vision.

• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders on financial and compliance matters.

• Perform other duties as assigned by top management.
