Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

MH Global Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group’s Finance & Accounts function. The CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, governance, reporting, compliance, risk management, and supporting sustainable business growth across the Group and its concerns.

• Lead and oversee Group-wide Finance & Accounts operations.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash-flow plans.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Monitor revenue, expenditure, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure accurate accounting records, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh VAT, Tax, Audit, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, policies, SOPs, and approval processes.
• Oversee banking, treasury, fund management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Support business expansion, investment decisions, feasibility analysis, and cost optimization.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Ensure effective financial coordination and consolidated reporting across all Group concerns.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
• Contribute to long-term financial planning and overall business strategy.
