We’re Hiring: R&D Chemistry Specialists (Chemist) (2 Openings)

We are expanding our R&D team and seeking two talented formulation experts to drive innovation across our product lines. We are filling two separate roles within this posting: one Cosmeceutical Chemist and one Food Chemist.

Position 1: Cosmeceutical Chemist (1 Vacancy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate, optimize, and scale skincare, hair care, and dermatological products utilizing active botanicals and topical delivery systems.
• Conduct stability testing, raw material compatibility assessments, and microbiological challenge evaluations.
• Ensure all cosmetic products comply with relevant regulatory standards (FDA, local, and international guidelines).
• Maintain complete Product Information Files (PIF), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and batch records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience formulating skincare or cosmeceutical products.
• Deep knowledge of emulsification, active delivery systems, shelf-life testing, and cosmetic compliance.

Position 2: Food Chemist (1 Vacancy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation and enhancement of food, beverage, or functional food products, focusing on flavor stability, texture, and nutritional profiles.
• Execute shelf-life testing, moisture analysis, oxidation studies, and food stability trials.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000, local food authorities).
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to successfully transition lab benchmarks to plant-scale production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in food/beverage formulation and processing.
• Strong background in food chemistry, ingredient interactions, thermal processing, and sensory testing.
